Who you are buying from

Rugs For Days sells area rugs to customers in the continental United States. Using this site means you accept the terms on this page, the returns policy and the shipping policy.

Orders and prices

An order is an offer to buy, and it is accepted when we confirm it. Prices include delivery within the continental United States. If a rug is listed at the wrong price or turns out to be unavailable after you order, we will tell you and refund you in full rather than substitute something else.

Sizes, colors and photographs

Sizes are given as the manufacturer states them and small variation is normal in a woven product. Color on a screen depends on your screen. Where a rug is sold in several sizes, the photograph shown is the one for the size you selected.

Returns

Covered in full on the returns page, including the 10 day window, the condition required, and the fees deducted from a refund. Those terms form part of these.

What we are responsible for

We are responsible for supplying a rug that matches its description and arrives in sound condition. We are not responsible for damage caused by installation, misuse, or cleaning methods the care instructions advise against. Nothing here limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited.

This site

The text, photographs and layout here belong to us or to our suppliers. Please do not copy them for commercial use. We aim to keep the site accurate and available, and we cannot promise it will never be wrong or never be down.
