Why it is included

It is not generosity. Moving a rug costs money, and that cost is built into the price you see on the product page. You are paying for delivery either way. This way you see the whole figure while you are deciding, instead of meeting it at the last step.

Where we ship

The continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO boxes, or outside the country. If your address falls outside that, please write to hello@rugsfordays.com before ordering rather than after.

How long it takes

Every rug on this site carries its own delivery window, and you can see it on the product page before you order. Across the catalogue those windows run from 4 to 10 days from the day the order is placed. They are typical, not guaranteed.

On the day it arrives

Rugs arrive rolled and are heavier than they look. Check the package before the driver leaves. If anything is damaged, note it on the delivery receipt at that moment and email us within 48 hours with photographs of the damage and the packaging. That window is short and it is the one thing on this page worth remembering. The full terms are on the returns page.

Keep the packaging

Until you are sure you are keeping the rug. A return has to go back in its original packaging, and a repackaging fee applies when it cannot.
