What delivery costs

Delivery depends on the maker of each rug and the warehouse it ships from. Where a rug's price includes delivery, checkout adds nothing for it. Where it does not, checkout calculates the charge for your address and shows it as its own line, with the order total, before you pay. The total you approve at checkout is the total you pay for delivery.

Where we ship

The continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO boxes, or outside the country. If your address falls outside that, please write to hello@rugsfordays.com before ordering rather than after.

How long it takes

Every rug on this site carries its own delivery window, and you can see it on the product page before you order. Across the catalogue those windows run from 4 to 10 days from the day the order is placed. They are typical, not guaranteed.

On the day it arrives

Rugs arrive rolled and are heavier than they look. Check the package before the driver leaves. If anything is damaged, note it on the delivery receipt at that moment and email us within 48 hours with photographs of the damage and the packaging. That window is short and it is the one thing on this page worth remembering. The full terms are on the returns page.

Keep the packaging

Until you are sure you are keeping the rug. A return has to go back in its original packaging, and a repackaging fee applies when it cannot.
