Your order number, and what you would like to happen.

About a return

Your order number and the reason. We reply with an authorization number and the warehouse address. The window is 10 days from delivery, and the terms are on the returns page.

Damaged on arrival

Within 48 hours, with photographs of the damage and of the packaging, and note the damage on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves.

Not sure about a size

The measurements of the room and what is going on the rug. That is usually enough to answer in one go, and it is a faster conversation than a return.
